Tom Jarvis
Director
Tom has over 16 years of experience in the property industry and has been with JRV Surveys & Valuations since 2018. As an AssocRICS-qualified surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, Tom specialises in carrying out detailed RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys across Greater Manchester and Cheshire, with a particular focus on the Altrincham area.
Known for his meticulous attention to detail and clear, client-focused communication, Tom takes pride in helping clients make confident and informed property decisions. His thorough approach ensures that every report is both technically accurate and easy to understand.
Tom has a strong interest in architecture and enjoys exploring the variety of property styles found across the region. Away from work, he is a keen football fan and spends his free time with his wife and young son.
Lia Boulton
Surveyor
Lia is an AssocRICS qualified Surveyor and Valuer at JRV Surveys and Valuations, where she has become a valued member of the team. With over four years of experience in the property sector, she has built a solid foundation in residential surveying and property valuation, combining technical expertise with a friendly, client-centred approach. Lia works across Cheshire, the Wirral, and areas of North Wales, providing professional surveying and valuation services to a wide range of clients.
Known for her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality, easy-to-follow reports, she takes pride in helping clients make informed decisions with confidence. She strives to make the surveying process seamless, easy to understand, and stress-free, providing guidance and reassurance throughout.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in art galleries and museums, immersing herself in creativity and culture.
